I think it is fair to say that the hunger is goung to drop a little after winning the title. But not to this extent.

There is only one solution when you are struggling to pass through a high press like that imo, do it. Just do it better. Playing long balls is not our strength.

It isnt a question of long balls. When a press is that high there is space behind it. Pushing the ball behind the press doesn't require Alan Smith. You create options to pass over the greater numbers. Then at least you lose the ball further up the pitch.

We are usually much better at adjusting to a game situation. We didnt do it. Just like we didnt do anything else right.
