This is my point. Stay in Madrid on 20m a year, sign a pre-contract in Jan with whichever club wants him so his agents can spend 6 months house-hunting, and pocket 100m signing on fee, which is what he's worth at least in a world when a 28 year old Bruno G is worth 80 mil.
