I don't love Argentinian footballers - I love Messi. I also base my experiences between Spanish & Argentinians on real life interactions. The Argentinian women I have nobbed are unreal, meanwhile Spanish are mostly c*nts. They dress like monkeys and black face and jeer Lewis Hamilton and throw bananas at black players... but seems to w*nk off Pro Palestinian causes. Biggest bunch of confused weirdos in Europe. They don't know if they are racist or hyper left wing. I'm actually very happy for Merino, Zubi & Raya btw.

... no they didnt. That disallowed goal was an absolute joke! As were any number of very obvious yellow cards the ref ignored.

I only switched on when MnM came on but what I saw was Argentina trying to cheat as a team.

One example. Break in play. Messia says something to Spaniard. Spainiard replies. Messi and Argie next to him turn to ref, put their hands over their mouths and point at Spainiard, trying to get him sent off.

Disgusting.

Only time I saw him live Nicky Bendtner beat him. Utter ****ing donkey.

Wouldn't piss on him if he were on fire.

I had no opinion on him 'till last night but now, I think he should be thrown out of footie with the rest of those ****s.

Agreed, I find myself wondering if the Argie team is getting critiicsed at all in the Argie press today. I mean I know their country has a football culture based on cheating, but surely there are some fair minded Argies about?

I'm no lover of rugby but I do know that the game has an ofield culture that is very different to football. Doesn't seem to bother the Argies. Surrounding the ref, chucking the ball away. Not really on.

There was an article in the Times weekend bits {can't remember if it was Saturday review or Sunday culture or whatever} about their time there making Exile on Main Street. Was fascinating. Well worth the read.

What was the place like? Do you pay to wander round it or were you just looking from the outside?

I read that mate, but I've ready everything about Nellcote and Exile on Main St. Currently working my way through Les Curieuses Chroniques de la Villa Nellcote which I found in a wonderful shop in Marais at the weekend. I could have spent 3k€ on Dominique Tarles 'Villa'. Quite the collectors item but not sure I want to spend 3k. Not certain I don't as well!
