Basically, if we wanted him on the cheap we should've got him from Coventry City before he scored all those goals
Or we should want him to be worth 100....

He isn't, but 60 is quite cheap for a guy scoring that many goals. I guess the argument is that he is at his peak and won't get much better

The good news is we are now well placed to sign Xavi Simons in two years. He's going to Chelsea

we have to sign Gyokeres at this point.
there will be an absolute meltdown if we don't.

only way out of it is if they signed someone like Isak instead.

interesting international comparison vs Isak here>>>

Other clubs never came into my thoughts once I knew Arsenal wanted to sign me.

I like the occasional one or 2. Have a new Irish pub opened and they do a very good Guinness. Asahi also the lager at Arsenal now. Good choices

Can't drink lager these days. I'm too old. The fizz gets to me.

I must admit, I get bored of it very quickly and end up on the red wine

Absolutely this. What is it with fizz and old age ? I?m straight Guinness or a real ale. Nice pint of Norfolk Werry on draught whenever I?m up on the Norfolk coast.

They quietly sneaked Guinness in while everyone was distracted. Smooth work
"Plenty of strikers can score goals," he said, gesturing to the famous old stands casting shadows around us.
