Yes, in theory it could happen, I suppose. And in theory, so could we.

In 23/24 they lost 3 and drew 5 of their first 16 games. Won 20 of their remaining 22 and drew the other two (home to us, away to Liverpool).

They are capable of creating that kind of consistency again. I do think it is unlikely, but it is possible.
