Well, as part of my stave off decrepitness plan I walked this morning -- only halfway through I realized I forgot to bring my phone with me, which is what I use to count steps......... I feel like I did nothing looking at my measly step count for the day.

We've gone from having everyone back for Spurs to having none of them back for Spurs. Now being told early Decemeber for them all.

Plus we have lost Gabriel and maybe Calafiori too.

      But otherwise all is positive.

Not quite. Hincapie won't be back in the UK until Thursday so he won't start against Spurs. And we don't yet know who else we have lost.

And we are playing Michael Oliver on Sunday..

Merino withdrawn at half time for Spain. I'm sure he's fine.

This. After the 2-2 vs Sunderland I thought ok, that's peak injury crisis, we should have almost everyone back.

Now we have no-one back and our greatest No.6 since Big Tone out for months.

We've blown it. Cos of injuries. Again.
