Oh, I don't give a **** about them. It just really ****ing pissed me off when they explained that it was because the player 'was not in control of the ball'...... utter bull****.

It is time to admit that refs have no shared understanding of the rules, or what words mean. It is astonishing incompetence across the board. There is literally no point in having VAR if you have it operated my morons.

Agreed, you look at the rest of the leagues in Europe and they hardly ever have any issues with VAR. User error.

Shame about Amorim though, all the same. You want him to hang around for a while but I fear he may have overdone the whole incompetence, out of his depth-thing. Perhaps on purpose
"Plenty of strikers can score goals," he said, gesturing to the famous old stands casting shadows around us.

"But a lot have found it difficult wearing the number 9 shirt for The Arsenal."

Right. The fact that now only a select, small group of worthies know what a handball or a foul is is a stain on our game.

Look how he's been criticised for the big games so far. Isolated, no touches etc. He was involved today - should have had a pen, another shot for a corner, another where he slipped, and he held the ball up and linked up much better. There was the pass to B when Leo hit the post, another great 1-2 B played with him when he dropped deep.

I'm happy with what I saw. Far more than the previous games. I think he's adapting to our style.
