      For reasons I won't bore you with, I was thinking about him earlier. First continental to play for us in my lifetime. I remember my old man saying he only lasted one season as he didn't fit in with our play. But he remembers him hitting one like a rifle into the top corner from the edge of the box.

      I went to the wiki page and saw it didn't even say what position he played. So I went to the talk page to ask where he played and someone had already asked with no reply. So I'll have to do it. {He mostly played as a right midfielder, they say.}

      So as I'm gonna have to put that in the intro, and add this 90 sec vid of his AFC career I've found to the Arsenal section, is there anything else I should know before I do it this afternoon?

      I do like wiki, and they made me a mil-hist editor so I sort of feel obliged to improve pages if I can without too much effort.

        I saw him. He was a revelation at the time. He routinely did incredible things like trap a football or pass it accurately.

        We weren’t used to such fancy Dan stylings in 1981.

          That made me laugh. We were pretty crap around that point.

            So the old man was right. A bit too good for us.
