    Oh, Immortal Divinity of Love,
We thanketh Thee for three points at O.T.
We careth not if we playeth ****e cos it annoyeth the Mancs even more.
In Your Immortal Wisdom, please let us annoyeth
The other Mancs at theirs similarly.
Good Lord, we careth not if we play crap
As long as it ends 1-0 to the Arsenal
With no red cards or injuries.
    Please keep blessing us thus
And at home next week against that dirty lot.
And in the rest of the tricky start to the season.
For we will thank Thee mightily
If come October, despite having only scored set pieces
We still have a 100% record.
    For ever and ever
    Amen

Can we also ask him to find the real Martin Odegaard and not this flailing imposter?

    I want our captain back

Was he really that bad yesterday? BBC highlights show his good work to make the corner we scored from. Only real shot we had was him skipping past two on the edge of the area and hitting it well. And he was second only to big Willy for clearances which rather says he was doing better than many of his team-mates.

But yes, will add it to the prayers for you.

He was awful. Gave the ball away time and time again. The two things you point to are about the only two times in the game that he didn't **** up.

He wasn't alone yesterday. But off the back of a dreadful season that was really worrying from him.

Saka was ****e but I am hoping that was just a really bad day.

In fairness, he was up against against Shaw, who is actually a very good full back. Also, as I said earlier, not sure why both Saka and Martinelli weren't hugging the touchlines as they usually do.

Hopefully they can sort it out in training this week.

Oooh, dear God. Glad I slept through it now. Don't think I'd have been able to take 90 mins of that stress. Still, I've added Odin's form to the prayer - just done one now after I typed prayer - and hopefully that will help us get back to our best and beyond.

Lucky I'm getting old. When we used to get off our tits on a Saturday night, we'd keep going until Sunday night or Monday morning. This time we were both asleep by 8am.

If me getting off my head and sleeping through the games turns out to guarantee us an Arsenal victory with a clean sheet, no injuries or suspensions, you're all free to send me some drugs or wire me the money to buy some. I'd be glad to be of help.

Talking of absolutely dreadful football, I watched the Leeds v Everton game last night.

The radio this morning was how well Leeds played. Not Everton still being ****e.

Apparently the pelanty has divided opinion. Nailed on pelanty for me. Tucked his arm in then motioned it (and his body) towards the ball, ball hits arm on way to goal

I'd love those Scousers to get relegated in their first season in their new stadium...
Other clubs never came into my thoughts once I knew Arsenal wanted to sign me.

Saw Moyes moaning about it and then saw the video of it.

Typical moaning jock, that's nailed on for me.

I thought it was harsh, not sure where else he was supposed to put his arm. That said, Leeds totally deserved the win but it was a dreadful game.

Don't move your body and arm into a position where it hits your arm?

Not for me, ball was slowed down enough by the deflection that he had plenty of time to get his arm out of the way

His arm was by his side. I'd be furious if that was given against us (which I'd fully expect it to)
