    good result.

we need to fix up sharpish or we are ****ed,

sloppy play many times, from Odegaard. we are on the attack and rather than play a pass and loses the ball for them to counter. another time that drove me mad is when we had a corner and trying to kill the game off and we play it back and Lewis Skelly puts us in trouble.

we seemed to leave huge space on each wing for them to run at us.

Gyokeres is not fit, Havertz looked quite good. as much as I love saka he's also not immune.
Martinelli needs replacing. I am not sure how wise these pre season tours are they look knackered but it's money for the club.

Agree with almost all of that, but..... Lewis Skelly. I agree we managed to put ourselves in trouble at our corner, but I saw that challenge back once and I cannot see how that is a foul, never mind a yellow card. He thumps the ball, the United player comes in and goes over his legs. Clearly wins the ball first before anything else happens.

The ref was ****. We were worse.

The ref was dire but I think Saliba was lucky not to give away a penalty. Seen 'em given.

Thought the same. Would have been incredibly harsh. Did VAR even look at it?

          Rice
          Saka

          hiding

          Odegaard
          Martinell

          awful

Referee - ****e. But did let things go, shouldn't complain.

a quarter of Arsenal's passes went astray. Shocking.

Didn't stop one long ball to Mbuemo all game.

Yanited are a long ball team.
Other clubs never came into my thoughts once I knew Arsenal wanted to sign me.

I would have been disappointed to receive a penalty from that sort of challenge, let alone concede one.

The ref was useless but he also let a lot go for each side. By letting the players be so physical he helped ManU drag us down to their level to some extent. We didn't need much help, of course, but some of the fouls that he let go were breaking up play and they mostly seemed to go against us.

Harry Maguire deliberately bringing Havertz down, edge of the box. Nailed on yellow card. Nothing. At least two other poor challenges ignored.

On the bright side, we managed to escape the impact of any new 'rules'. Although I did note Raya got booked for taking about 8 seconds with a free kick.
