EN's numbers are better than Eze it seems in terms of G/As per game.

But I don't like the idea of us losing Jakob if Guelhi {spelling????} goes to the Scousers and Eze goes to Sperz.

The Pole is a good player. Looked fine in the CL quarters and semi. That's his level atm. If Cala turns into a perma-crock like Tomi then we need to keep him.

Remember when we had Mustafi, Luiz, Sok, Rob Holding and Callum Chambers? He walks over all of those. AW really did let the defence decline in his latter years, didn't he?

Definitely want him to stay and he DEFINITELY would need to be replaced if he left. We'd be left with 7 defenders, including an 18 year old and an Italian with glass knees....

Exactly. Though we still have got Zinny. I'm surprised no-one's in for him as he's a very talented footballer. Looked fine in MF at the end of last season.

Quite right. Jakob does need to stay and the continued links to Eze are puzzling. At the end of the season we (anyway, ME) wanted another striker. Now we've got about five more new players and apparently want even more?

We weren't rubbish so it must be just greed.
"Plenty of strikers can score goals," he said, gesturing to the famous old stands casting shadows around us.

"But a lot have found it difficult wearing the number 9 shirt for The Arsenal."

Hope so. Imagine everyone stays fit and we have a reborn Jesus ready to go in the new year. A second coming.

Zinchenko is no use to us. Sloppy on the ball, dreadful defender. There are three better players than him in every position on the pitch. He'd be 5th choice left back for me.

Indeed. The only thing young Jakob struggles with is the Garry Owen, and Zinko is of no help at all there either, so we can't even compete in the Rumbelows'. Basically, he can now longer be on the pitch for us at all, in any game.

I agree. He needs to go. Huge wages for a lame duck

Zinchenko has long overstayed his welcome. GX at ?17m would have been a cheaper replacement!

Kiwior has to stay in my book. Made a strong case for himself last season and is one of our lowest paid players.

I agree, but there is one caveat. He needs to play. What we usually see of him is that he comes in for a game when he hasn't had minutes for months, and he is rusty. Once he has had a few games he looks good. We can't just leave him sat on the bench the whole time.

Arteta needs to get used to rotating slowly around the top 18 players. Not wholesale change, but a switch here and there to give players a break. That includes the centre backs. In the last three seasons Gabriel and Saliba have played every minute of every game for the first two thirds of the season. In two of those three seasons we have lost one of them to injury for the rest of the season. It is going to keep happening if he refuses to trust the deputies.
