  • Anyone heard a whisper about the 115 charges decision ?

This is becoming as embarrassing as finding a solution to the small boats crisis.

Nowt - but we all know there is zero chance of this becoming anything.

Specifically I mean that no matter what happens, the FA will not allow City to have PL titles taken from them retrospectively. Nor will they face relegation. To do either or both would be to accept that every Premiership title race for the last 7 or 8 years has been invalid.

They simply can't do that. So even if convicted on all 115 counts, it will be a fine and possibly a small points deduction.

And as such, I prefer to ignore it.

Possibly a transfer ban, hence why City have already done all their shopping

Do we really want them to strip titles from them? We would 'win' two of those titles. I don't want them. We didn't win them....

        Relegation is the answer

But nothing will happen. Ever. It will just quietly go away as everyone slowly forgets it ever happened.... apart from Everton and Forest.

Relegation would be my choice as well buut it's impossible for the FA to agree that the charges are so serious that they merit relegation but at the same time allow them to keep the titles.

It's like Ben Johnson, once you take away his gold medal and ban him you have to take away his world records as well.

Nope, the only way out is a fine, maybe points and maybe transfer ban as PRSB says.

          Meh

The fine needs to be proportional. Somewhere in the region of 10 billion quid would be about right.
