      It was infuriating. I watched it at a mate's in Clapham. My mates (no of whom supported either side) all were rooting for the scum to wind me up. It was however, the match that secured my adoration of Bobby P.

        Still, it was a much more of a sound beating than the scoreline suggests. Bizarre.
        Other clubs never came into my thoughts once I knew Arsenal wanted to sign me.

              Or Reyes? I notice they were kicking him a fair bit.

                Do you not remember the game in Rome when Titi scored a Hat-trick? Totti, who scored the first had a shot a 1-1, unmarked about 15 yards out, goalie wrong sided and wrong footed. He smashed it towards the empty net. And then as if by magic, the Pascal appeared, bald headed from off screen and blocked it on the line.

                Sorry, but for that alone I love him.

                cf Senderos setting the {then? Still?} CL record of most minutes in the knockouts without conceding a goal. {With Ebou? at RB and Flamster at LB. That's why I so wanted to win it last year with Merino up top. Looked a better striker than that Mbappe muppet over 2 legs.}
