I?ve just had a look in tonight, on account of it being a semi final. It?s the heavy touches that get me. No real pace in the passing or deft touches, slow feet, it?s like they?re wading in treacle.
    Pretty shyte really.

Yes, the pace of the game is poor. First touches often poor.

Though, a bit of drama at the end, there.

Although female goalkeepers are often , quite rightly, derided, the Italian won looked alright tonight until that goal. Almunia vibes.
Other clubs never came into my thoughts once I knew Arsenal wanted to sign me.

There?s one or two athletic looking girls out there but generally there are far too many heavy arsed units lumbering around that pitch, which must have an impact on the overall pace of the game.
Apparently, we can count a, Beaver-Jones amongst our number, which has provided me with some humour during this generally turgid game of hoof ball.
It?s looking like pens and that?s probably worth the price of a ticket if the last one was anything to go by.

When Gyokeres, or indeed anyone, Titi, Bergy and IWWW included, have won us two Big Ears on the trot, then I may start slagging off players that have. I do hope our new Swede is a crap as Francis was in this regard. Just sayin'.

There is no point watching the matches. Maybe 5 minutes at the begining to get sense of the action*

Then tune in around 9:30pm or 10:30pm to see what's happened as everything happens at the last second.

              *I say action loosely

Watching women's football is just wrong.

Almost as bad as letting them attend football matches.

Apart from anything else, I don't need more football to watch. There is too much already.

But the tv guide is trying to trick me in to watching it by just calling it international football

I therefore can?t develop a grain of interest to watch any of it, other than perhaps if our lot got to the final.
I?ve a feeling the interest has reached a plateau, now that the novelty has worn off. Not sure how much further they can keep pushing the needle.
I?ve nothing against it but surely Channel 5 is where it belongs.
Watching extra time here. England birds getting battered.

                      A final. Shocking standards...

Fortunately the Spanish lasses were ****ter at pens than our girls.
These girlie keepers can dispense with any mind games of picking left or right. Just stand your ground in the centre

I read somewhere. England were only in the lead in the knockout stages in any game for about 5 minutes

The penalties were hilarious. Even in my thirties I would have saved all of them. And I was **** in goal.

I did anticipate the direction of every one but we won, which at the end of the day is the main thing.

20 days until we're back and I'll be stuck on a plane for the entire match

                                They were all terrible penalties

                                Can't really understand why.
