  • Is anyone actually watching the Women?s Euro?s ?

TV seems to have devoted a huge amount of space to it but having watched a few games from the WSL over the years; I?ve come to the conclusion that the level really is no better than a Sunday pub kick around. I therefore can?t develop a grain of interest to watch any of it, other than perhaps if our lot got to the final.
I?ve a feeling the interest has reached a plateau, now that the novelty has worn off. Not sure how much further they can keep pushing the needle.
I?ve nothing against it but surely Channel 5 is where it belongs.

I quite enjoy it, always viewed as a very different game to the mens. The main issue is there's an enormous gulf in class between the top sides and everyone else. Spain, France, England, Netherlands and Sweden, the rest are cannon fodder. Same in the WSL; Arsenal, Chelsea & City and then there's the rest.

I would add that female players saying they should be paid the same as men is laughable.

I started watching England's opening game. Was truly awful fare. Gave up after about 20 minutes.

Not watched any of the Club World Cup thing either.

Would you watch it if we were in it?

Still think I probably wouldn't bother

If we'd made new signings prior to it, then possibly and if it was on at convenient time.

If you are referring to Alisha Lehmann, it's not his daughter. Alisha does have a fine derriere though

WSL having it's Trevor Francis moment, 46 years later. First ?1m transfer and it's us.

I hope she's worth it, I liked Trevor Francis but he was crap. May he rest in peace.
"Plenty of strikers can score goals," he said, gesturing to the famous old stands casting shadows around us.

"But a lot have found it difficult wearing the number 9 shirt for The Arsenal."

I'm watching my first match ( I watched the wretched pelanty shoot out the other night ) but for a semi final, this is an awful standard.
Other clubs never came into my thoughts once I knew Arsenal wanted to sign me.

That said, there was some world class sh1thhousery from the Italian goalkeeper just now. Going down holding her face when there was no one near her
