So you think he's sashimi and Herbie's worried about him getting munched by bears.

But he does look superb for a CH of that age.

Looks like he could play at right back as well. Arteta must have serious faith in him. To be picked two weeks after your 17th birthday at centre back is quite something.

We do produce a serious volume of talent these days.

Looks an excellent prospect. And I really do mean excellent. He just needs to put some meat on his bones but that will come with gym time - once he does bulk out I expect to see him feature regularly from the bench.

Having a big squad as opposed to a reserve team helps.

First reserve game my old man took me to we had an all black spine of Chris Whyte, Paul Davis and Raphael Meade who scored a hat-trick. 9/10 year old me said Meade would play for England. Dad laughed and simply said "the young midfielder has a good left peg on him."

To think Davis would be joined by Rocky, Thomas, Big Tone, Keown, Merse then Campbell, Razor and Cole. Our 1993 LC winning team had 7 yoof team products on the pitch and one on the bench.

What age did Big Tone make his debut?

I think Adams made his debut at 17. Then had to wait for a few years for regular games. Keown overtook him for a while until George arrived.

Imagine having Adams and Keown coming through your academy at the same time. Ridiculous
