the ridiculous thing is that we have seen VAR interfere so many times when there is nothing clear and obvious, yet they decide not to intervene here when it is blatantly obvious??

that referee should not be in the PL, he was utterly incompetent. blatant fouls (like that one) ignored because he was too spineless to make a decision. Presumably he thought VAR would cover for him, the muppet.
