    On the positive side from last night

    I absolutely loved Grimaeres and Merino when they came. Some of their midfield play was superb. Rice Grimaeres and an in form Ode (I thought he was average last night) fills me with joy.

    1-0 win away to Villa when your striker is having a shocker is not to be sneezed at. And Kai is a very good player off form, he'll be back.

    We've looked bloody good, to be fair, in all three games. Total control.

      Agree re Bruno. He has a touch and passing range that is different from our current options. And he should have had a penalty.

        The referee seemed to subscribe to the 'give as little as possible and hope VAR saves you' approach to refereeing.

        Which makes his yellow card for Tzolis utterly baffling. The c*nt.

          Cash survived a yellow for at least two challenges that were far worse. Really poor refereeing all evening.
