I do think, with both Willy and JT out, we might need a short term RB/RCH.

I guess if we don't, we know we have a cool 9 digits washing around so come Jan, we could do what City did last year and buy a couple of top, PL players.

Aside from the defence, the squad looks good and has decent depth. There isnt a huge group of players around who would improve us and most that would are ridiculously over priced. I'd be happy to stick with what we have.

Aside from the 3 we have already bought in? We will definitely bring some more in. Defender, winger possibly a striker as well let's see I reckon 3 big money signings are pending.

I agree. I was expecting NN to go mental with rumours when Vini fell through. Well gazump LFC for Barcola, we'll by Nusa, The Dago with the funky hairdo will now leave his home town club but silence.

I think we'll stick and keep the powder dry for Jan which may be helpful.

Btw, there was a good article linked in today's Arseblog about GabbyGol. Worth a read. Numbers show he isn't as bad as some think. The bottom line, not mentioned in the article is that with Gabby as 1st or 2nd choice LW we've come 2nd x 3 and 1st. But only 4 people did better than him in Europe last year and 3 are CFs.

I would like another RCH/RB combo given the injury situation, though.
