Eze and Odegaard getting the ball in completely the wrong areas.

    We are creating absolutely nothing.

Odegaard seemed to take an extra club to every pass. I put it down to lack of game time.

Havertz "yellow" correct decision, there was no force in the tackle. Still....seen them given as

Yes, I think the lack of force stopped it being overturned. But he was very lucky there and it was so totally unnecessary.

As was Trossard's two-handed shove early on.

I assume he was trying to stop a counter when he did it but I didn't feel like one was really on at that point.

              Lucky boy indeed.

And that was the MF I wanted to see. Shows what I now. Why is our attack this season and last so much more impotent than the preceding 2 seasons?

Cos we're stuck with Wonkey Gronkey the One Eyed Donkey and Kai the German Peter Crouch

The problem with that argument is that it doesnt explain why the ball sits with our centre backs for most of the game, shuffling backwards and forwards.

You could have Mbappe up front and it would make no difference. If you cant move the ball towards him he is just a bloke standing there with big thighs.

I know P, I'm just 'avin a lend of ye!. I checked out all Gronk's goals from before he came to us. A completely different player. But I'm not convinced that Portuegese defences are anywhere near as dogged and difficult as ours. Even if we were feeding him non-stop I don't see him getting close to his Sporting antics.

No, of course not. He isnt Haaland. Still, cpuld try giving him the sodding ball every now and again, just to mix it up a bit
