That game is going to be absolute hell. We're not going to be given an easy ride and if we were we'd find a way to make it very difficult.

Anyway... we have to get past Burnley first.

He confirmed today they'll play their strongest side against us.

Which they absolutely did not do against City.....

As I said previously; we have to thump Burnley or hope that AFCB do what?s needed.

If we go into the Palace game behind on goal difference with them 2 pts behind then there?s literally no way we can win the league.

I?m not being a doom monger here - this is reality.

Even if we put 5 past Burnley, we'd be four ahead. If they only beat Bournemouth by one that is three ahead. You cant rely on a draw when they only need three goals.

Goal difference is gone. And we are not going to put 5 past Burnley. We dont do that.

It is all down to beating Burnley and praying.

I agree with you re Palace. If we go there needing to win, i think we are ****ed

We can do it but Burnley are a different side now to what they were pre-Christmas.

Selhurst Park will be absolutely jumping for their final game.

Pray Bournemouth can help us as it?s our last hope unfortunately.

I have to go to someone's birthday on Tuesday night. So I'll have to watch it in a pub surrounded by Spurs and United fans in Enfield.

Of course if we dont beat Burnley it is irrelevant.

Palace have the UCL final 3 days after their game with us, no way he plays his best team. He has to say he will, but he won?t.

Not that it will matter. I KNOW we will be champions on 85min next Sunday.

At FT, I don?t want to think about it

It doesn?t matter what team he plays. If (and it?s s big if) we win tonight & assuming City win tomorrow then Arteta will likely have to drag our quivering players out from beneath their hotel beds on Sunday morning. Unless we score early we?ll lose that match or at the very best draw.

He did say something about managing minutes.

But the biggest problems are the ones we cause ourselves. United, Wolves, Bournemouth, Liverpool home and away, West Ham for an hour. Those were nothing to do with the opposition. It was all us shooting ourselves repeatedly in the foot.

I've seen 5 Arsenal sides win titles in my lifetime. From day one of those seasons I knew we were capable of winning it. And through those seasons we may have wobbled, but we always came back. And when the big moments arrived we seized them.

Ive never felt that confidence this season. I've never really seen that competence in this team and I haven't seen them seize the big moments. I've seen them squander them.

They dont look like title winners and they certainly dont play like them. And so even at this stage of the season I think our best hope is a favour from someone else.

But first we have to win tonight. This is not going to be easy or straightforward. I'm worried

                      Good team, scarily.

They had IWWW and Easy and they were my local team growing up where South Croydon meets the M25.

Chuffed for them - winning the cup and doing it by beating City. Then the Chariddee Shield. Now Ganpati willing they'll win the conf. Give them a 12 months beyond their wildest dreams.

What I'm hoping is they'll go "We'll have 3 trophies in 12 months. The most AFC can get is two. The Yids had won. No-one else. We're the greatest team in London. Might as well do Arsenal a favour cos Easy did win us the cup and IWWW did his damnedest to win us one too."
