Bit early for a rest. Hopefully he just felt a bit of a niggle or something......we'll see.

It was wonderful seeing him back

Why? Did he look injured? If not, I reckon that he was taken off at HT cos we were 3-0 up, he's just back from injury and we have a CL SF midweek.

        Good block, Triphop.

He was sat on the bench and looked happy. So fingers crossed it was just that

Best we have played all season. We looked a different team today. And MLS may have just redefined himself at the club.

I think so. But it begs the question of why he wasn't tried there earlier, in cup games and also in the league, either starting or coming on.

Could have given Dec and Zubi a break.

I also think he should have used BW more during the season so he didn't get so rusty. He could have started some games but in many others, he should have been coming on instead of MA just changing the forwards.

Indeed. Although he did want to try it in one game, and picked him. But then the left back got injured in the warm up.

What is really odd is that he didnt try switching Rice and zubimendi earlier.
