That is the most alarming and irritating aspect.

You can see the ref on the pitch debating with var. He doesn't understand what he is being told and clearly doesn't want to go to the monitor. He's trying to tell var that hs is happy with the decision and had a good view.

He is basically dragged over to the mo itor where all hell has broken loose. And according to the pundits, the Spanish tv didnt show us even half of what Simeone was up to. What we did see was disgraceful.

The fact that the 4th official allowed all that to happen and did absolutely nothing about it tells you everything you need to know.
