This is all about not being the best team in the league.Originally posted by Ganpati's Goonerz--AFC's Aboriginal Fertility Cult View PostMade more good chances today than we have in the last 2-3 games combined.
We know who is...Other clubs never came into my thoughts once I knew Arsenal wanted to sign me.

Exactly. They have such quality all over the pitch (especially in attack). They?re probably the best team in world football all things considered. We gave it a go this season but our squad is nothing compared to them - obviously questions remain over their financial integrity but that?s one for the summer.Originally posted by IUFG View PostThis is all about not being the best team in the league.

They were rubbish for large parts of the season and we had countless opportunities to put the title to bed. We threw them all away.Originally posted by Rich View PostExactly. City are going to win the title with 85 points or fewer. I dont care how good you think they are, this was the best chance we will ever get to win a title.
We blew it, again. Poor performances, awful football, basic errors.

The reality is that it?s a very competitive league, P. What you may perceive as a poor performance can equally be strong opposition. 380 games a season will find you the best and most consistent side.Originally posted by Peter View PostThey were rubbish for large parts of the season and we had countless opportunities to put the title to bed. That?s Man City. Even if they did cheat to be able to do it.

Of course they'll deserve to win it. But it was ours to lose. And we've lost it.Originally posted by Rich View PostThe reality is that it?s a very competitive league, P.
