I assume they hoped they would nick a goal, but they didn't do much at all. not sure if that was because we were really good at shutting them out or not.

They came a bit like Chelsea did, ensuring they stay in the tie for as long as possible. Sporting just forgot (were unable) to go for it with 30 minutes to go which would have opened the spaces for us to win the game.

the ref was a bit strange. I haven't seen it on tv. but it seemed at one point it seemed their player did a foul and he gave them a free kick to them then a min later the reverse.

Not sure they parked the bus. I think that, with all due respect, they are not very good. They tried and couldn't really produce much.

Really was bizarre. Several decisions both for and against us should have gone the other way.
