In fact, we're totally and utterly woeful. I wasn't expecting that to be given.

He didn't move his arm, it was exactly where you'd expect an arm to be* when turning like that and it hit him from 2-3" before he could do anything.

You'd be fuming if that was given against us in injury time at City.

*I hate it when a player is penalised for making a sliding tackle and the ball hits his raised arm. That's how you do sliding tackles. It helps balance, it's safer. They should never be given if the hand doesn't move and it's hit from close range.

Genuine question, Wes, before I have my early breakfast.

Would you be happy if that was given against us? Ball to hand, 100%. If that's still a thing.

re:drugs - wish I ****ing was. Would've made this more bearable so far.

I would have no complaints at all, GG. His arm was up, that is never a natural position - nailed on for me

Me too. Christ knows why he had his arm up that high. Completely changed the trajectory of the ball

I thought he was turning. Seems I'm in a minority.

Anyway, we shall see if MA's early breakfast theory works as I have just made mine.

Natural position my arse. If he'd been at an auction he'd have ended up putting a bid on something.
