    I dont think red was being terribly serious about the big lump thing. We have plenty of players who aren't but still retain Arteta's favour- Saka, Trossard, Martinelli, Odegaard.

    Of course, he has slowly destroyed them all, but the key word there is slowly....

    His parents are his agents and are both Gold Members - so that's good.

    I dont think he has signed a professional contract yet. So we would literally be giving him away.

    Max may as well **** off now. No point in signing a contract, getting shunted back to the reserves and then ending up on loan because we've spent a fortune on another big lump from Chelsea.

    Yes, it's always difficult to run an essentially illegal operation according to the actual rules; any wrong-doer who's ever tried to go straight could've told them this.

    MLS probably won?t make the grade. A bit like the Willocks, he?ll possibly do a decent job at another club at a level below the top 6.
    Nwaneri is the gamble. A loan?s the preferable solution. Realistically, the accountants will probably have their way.
    Any offers for Trossard and Jesus will be derisory. White would draw in buyers but at a loss. I don?t see us selling Martinelli, although the profit could also be an incentive, he?d have plenty of takers.
