Arteta is an interesting one. I?d have him out anyway. He?s had a very good run but most in that role, for that amount of time, go stale in the job. He just looks out of ideas to me.
Time for a fresh approach. Glasner or Iraola have an eye for a player and would offer far more going forwards. Either worth a punt.
The only thing that saves Arteta is the league or CL. Perhaps there?s also a view that he?s done well with a group of players who fall short in terms of being top quality. But, several have clearly gone backwards this season and that?s mainly on him.

Realistically (and my view hasn't changed much since the start of the season)

Martinelli (simply does not posses the required technical ability to play against low blocks week in week out. 25 PL appearances this season with 1 goal and very few assists in completely unacceptable for someone on his salary.

Ben White - Need to cash in on him and he wants to play regularly.

Jesus - Second highest earner and doesn't contribute enough.

Norgaard, Kepa - If they want to stay they can but if they want to play then leave.

Trossard - 32 this year. We have seen the best of him and on fairly high wages too. If a 15m offer comes in for him then we will definitely take it.

Nwaneri - Possibly if a 60m+ offer comes in.

Gives room to bring in Alvarez, a starting left winger, a young up & coming attacker, a midfielder to compete with Rice and Zubimendi and a right back.

Martinelli isnt going anywhere.

If a reasonable offer is received for Martinelli it will be considered Peter.

We were willing to listen to offers last summer and his stock has fallen considerably since. ?50m would be a nice windfall imho.

Doue or Barcola may be attainable from PSG - they're right up my street as long as we get Alvarez too.

Kepa will go and it's no loss. These last two games have shown us how truly valuable Raya really is. And how badly need Ode back with Merino and Eze out.

Norgaard and Trossard will go because they are too old and can be improved upon. Jesus because he's too expensive and too poor.

Martinelli and Calafiori will stay because they are good players, if MLS goes it will only be because we get a silly offer.

Next season we need limited changes. Stability is key to our development imo.

MLS is not a left back. At least, not for us. His defending isnt good enough.

It would have been nice to see him given a game in midfield but it's too late for that now. Unless we have a couple of dead rubbers at the end of the season.
