  • White stockings and female linesmen.

Oddly enough, Derby County v Leeds United looked just the same way it did in the Seventies.
"Plenty of strikers can score goals," he said, gesturing to the famous old stands casting shadows around us.

"But a lot have found it difficult wearing the number 9 shirt for The Arsenal."

It watching this one but Martinelli sounds like he?s on fire in this one. Playing against weaker defences and all that. The Gyokeres effect, so to speak ?

He's had a tap in and two headers from corners.

Took us a while to realise that players at this level just fly into tackles. So you have less time on the ball but you just have to move it and hit the spaces they leave.

Madueke cost me a tenner missing that penalty

Chop chop people, bad people, nasty people, as the man said.

Women in football, I mean. Not linos; excellent fellows those. Compared to women in football anyway.

But no, not good for us; Maz was a good laugh. Scots.

She didn't actually interfere with the game or the result, which makes her better than many. 'Twas just rather jarring to see her there.

                        Agreed. Woke nonsense.

We should always be able to appoint the best man for the job, regardless of sex.

Until a bint pisses me off as much as Mike Riley or Mike Dean has, I'm gonna be sexist about this and demand we only have women officials. That way, all the male refs I hate will get sacked and we can give them a slap when they come out of the dole office.

Slightly harsh on Dean there, GG

Yes he?s an utter vagina but he?s never been at Riley?s level, not after the 50th game.

But as I?m a well adjusted, older man, I?ve gotten over it and in no way do I dwell on it some 20 years later. I?m too mature for that.

All joking aside, I still find it hard to put that behind me. The thought of Riley or Gary Neville still makes me angry. It's ridiculous - it was a game of football for christ's sake, it was two decades ago and I'm a 60 year old man!

I'm calling PTSD and demanding compo.
