Software update

We'll be upgrading our forum software over the next few days. As part of this update we will need to prune threads over 12 months old.

Downtime will be kept to a minimum during the upgrade and your usernames and passwords will still work when we are back up and running.

    Of midfield.

    If it starts to work Arteta has to respond quickly. We are already struggling there a bit.

    I wanted to ask you earlier; why did they decide punching was better than catching, what's the advantage.

      It's the safer option if you can't catch.

      These two are actually regular catchers in the context of the modern game.

        Failure to catch was considered poor goalkeeping, back in the day.

          It still is by me.

          I think they feel that the lighter ball makes catching a bit risky. In the same way a tennis ball is almost harder to catch than a cricket ball.
