  • CL League stage St Totteringham's Day.

    Btw, thinking about seeding, it must be harsh for those teams who drew us as won of the 2nd seeds.

    SF losers to the eventual winners {who we beat in the league stage,} QF the year before, 2nd 3 years on the trot in the best league {all six PL clubs in the top 13 places in the table as it stands.}

    You'd be gutted if your club got us, Sperz and the Geordies as 2nd, 3rd and 4th seed teams when you could have got Brugge, Bodo-Glint and Kairat.

    I guess you used to have groups of death.

    Next year will be the last year our rankings will be weighed down by that year we missed out in Europe. Then after that will be like a normal club.

    There isnt any advantage to being seeded higher. You are still drawn against two teams from each pot.

      I get that. I was thinking about the teams drawn against us. Or Sperz and NUFC.
