Arteta tipped to take over from Pep at City. FFS.
Why would anyone see that as his next move ?
There’s only one place to go for MA after Arsenal and that’s Spain.
From what I’m also reading, City will, in all probability drop down a league or two following the verdict, which means they’ll likely follow a mass exodus of players.
New rules mean they won’t be able to re buy the league again, so I’d expect this season to be their last hurrah for some time.
You can tell they’ve got the sh1ts over it all; Pep’s keeping up the verbal tirade against the other PL clubs who want them punished.
He seems a bit on the edge these days. The crying and handwringing after they get hit with the fines will be excruciating for all of us, as we endure wave after wave of interviews telling the PL and the other top clubs they’re all Kyunts who ripped away his legacy, or something along those lines.
This might not be a popular opinion but I don't want them hit with anything this season, especially not the docking of points. I want to beat them and when we do I don't want to hear any excuses.

I still think they will get away with it. The longer this drags on the more likely it gets.

I wouldn't be that surprised if Arteta ended up there. The freedom and voice Pep gets given would appeal to him more than Real or Barcelona role where you are largely just a hired coach, managing a team put together by other people.
