    I agree, though not the bit about my mum, obviously. There's nothing quite as inauthentic and beautiful as Sriracha

    Sriracha is entirely authentic. You won't find a dining table in Thailand or Vietnam that doesn't have a bottle of Sriracha on it.

    Yes, but not the Huy Fong version we all have here, which was invented by David Tran, a Vietnamese-American.

    Well, yes, the stuff they have may be locally produced, but it's just the same ****. It's all chillis and sugar

    And garlic, lots of garlic.

    Personally, I love to add it to my pizza sauce when I make my, also spectacularly inauthentic, pizza sauce.
