I've lost a lot of weight and not sure when to stop.

I am down to 12 stone 8.

I've had many weeks of maintaining the weight so that's not a problem. still got a bit of a belly though.

Depends on your height really, doesn't it?

At 6' 1" I stopped losing weight at 11 stone 6 because people kept asking me if I had the bad AIDS.

but my arms look ridiculously thin now time to hit the gym.

I was 12st 8lb before i moved here and now i'm 14st, although i'm still a 32 waist. Most of the weight went on my back, shoulders and legs.

Hitting the gym will help, although actually going inside and doing some exercise would be better :)

So was I. More like 16 actually. Probably a bit below 13 now and quite happy with that. The other week I tried on my first ever suit, bought for graduation. It fitted, just about.

6 foot 3 and was 96.1 kg now down to 94.6kg with 91 kg the target.

Working out harder at the gym and trying to eat better and drink less (only a bit mind).

More exercise, less bad stuff, proper diet that.

Hadn't had anything for over ten years. :-( Then, walking home last week and noticed a little clear bag on the pavement with what looked like some weed in it. Walked past it, thought 'hang on a minute' and went back for it. It was, and it was very nice. :-) Might have to re-think the lifestyle after that.

I don't like the stuff but for those that do it is pretty harmless. Its the great big balls of coke you want to go easy on. Nasty....

I was recently at my bil's house in Brighton and wondered idly if we might go to see his man to pick something up. He told me we could, and that the price was £40 per half gram.

I did have a shifty look round before snatching it. Hopefully I'll meet the evil drug dealer so I can procure some more. Just for consumption in small doses of an evening though. It would keep my booze intake down, for sure.
