He was disgraceful but I think he probably got the two big calls right. Just about.

Madueke?s was a pen for me, easily.

Watched it again and again and can?t see how it wasn?t given, other than an incompetent referee

I am not convinced. He does tangle his arm witg the defender and there isnt much other contact. To be honest, even if the ref had given it I think var would have overturned it.

The Mosquera one was a penalty. Although he won the ball, he went through the man to get it and the contact with the ball was last.

The only thing that ****ing irritates me is that we had exactly that situation overturned earlier this season on the grounds that the defender 'played the ball', after having had the penalty at Newcastle overturned because the keeper had 'played the ball first'. Make your ****ing minds up!

If Arteta had his time again he probably would have taken off Mosquera soon after the yellow card. They were always going to target him after that.

    Hey ho

As you know I don't get football, but for me:

Triphop was a nailed on pen.

Noni was a 50/50 but assuming he didn't dive - and why would he? He has a chance to win a CL final - then if a defender goes into the back of the attacker with the ball and that causes him to stumble, then that has to be a foul.

Because if not, you tell every defender in Triphop's place not to try to tackle, just to barge into their back so hard the fall over.

That has to be a foul. Otherwise shoves in the back will replace great tackles like Gabby's.

    Or what have I missed?

The feeling is that Madueke linked his arm with the defender and partly dragged him down. Which makes it 50/50 on who was responsible for them falling over.

Madueke grabbed the arm that had been placed across him, was Mendes trying to give him a hug when he did that? It was initiated by Mendes

And there was contact imo - either way, ref was a cheating c@nt

What about the way he got into Gabs face just before he was about to take the most imporatant kick of his career. Gab had placed to ball and was getting in the zone when the Sauerkraut scoffing Zyklon-monkey came over and ticked him off about something. He was basically bullying little Gabby to unnerve him. Without his intervention, Gab would have scored - I am convinced.

And the way he made himself the centre of attention by having stern words with both keepers about coming off their lines - rules which neither keeper needed any reminding of whatsoever. He's another Michael Oliver - an utter, utter c unt.
