Thread: The Eagles have done it.

    The Eagles have done it.

Easy won them the cup last season, against those financially-doped ****s. They lost him to us like they lost the Damned song the summer before and their best CH in Jan. Yet they've done it, having beaten the Scousers to the Charity Shield en route.

Now just need to pray that we win ours and can then play the Palace to see which is the best London team with a Euro trophy.

It will be Aston Villa that Saturday's winners play for the European Super Cup.

"Plenty of strikers can score goals," he said, gesturing to the famous old stands casting shadows around us.

"But a lot have found it difficult wearing the number 9 shirt for The Arsenal."

He's got a point. The last bloke that won them a trophy was promptly sacked.

And think of all the poor Spurs managers who never got the chance to save them from relegation. Those poor souls achieving solid mid table finishes
