You were right. They pretty much did run out of ideas. Our subs made us more solid.

WES was blubbing like a child watching Doctor Who - I thought I might have to give him a hug

They seemed to create less when they made the final change. I wasn't paying attention to them, but was it one of those where you bring on too many forwards and lose the MF?

I was happy that Lookmam went off.

I think it was our subs that made the difference. The extra energy got us up the pitch and we pressed better, kept the ball away from our third.

Absolutely - none of that sitting back and waiting for death like cats in a bag - take the fight to the enemy. They couldn't cope.

Hincapie was charging down the flank like an express train. Brilliant stuff.

Vik's efforts tonight were amazing. If only that goal had gone in. Came at him quite high, tiny bit unlucky.

That's the fabled squad depth. All I know is we were really on the back foot until they made their final change and suddenly we had more of the ball.

Gabby's good to bring on at times like that - his pace and skill against tired defenders.

And after 5 years of MA trying to find a LB he likes, being able to bring on a Hinchappy for the Libero shows he's got what he wants at last.

Which means this summer he'll spend over 50 mil on yet another LB. How many have me had since KT signed?
