I'm not suggesting we should actively look to move White on. But if he harbours asprirations of playing more regularly then we shouldn't stand in his way. We need to get better at moving on 1 or 2 players each summer for decent sums.

White could be one of those - as could Odegaard (though I'd be very sad to see him go). Nwaneri probably worth keeping for another couple of years.

Yes, fair enough. I think we are equally crazy to not play him more regularly. Although it seems his fitness is in question again.

I really can't believe we're talking about the summer when we're still in 4 competitions.

If you're mid-table with glaring holes that need fixing, then ok. But come on. We still haven't seen how we play with a fit and firing Kai - and think post-Dubai 2 years ago.

We still haven't seen what it's like when we need a winner, and can take off Zubi so we play with twin 10s {Odin, Kai, Easy} and Vik, or all 3 of them.

I said in December this was the first Jan window I didn't want us to sign anyone, I just wanted everyone fit.

Once I've seen that, and it's summer, then maybe I'll think. We've still got Ethan, the young MD etc.

    Just chill, ffs.

Aw c'mon GG, it's been a tough few weeks, we deserve a little harmless fun

The idea of Zubi, Wharton, Rice and Merino as midfield options fills me with joy. Plus, it keeps Wharton away from City or the Munichs

Fairy "Nuff. I obviously have no idea who Warton is.

That's why I can't play this new signing game. By definition, the players with cannons on their tits are better than others so I don't want anyone else. Obviously, once they sign, they become Gunners and therefore great.

I hadn't even heard of Mesut Ozil until the day we bought him.
