    Finally, some really good news

    Declan Rice is ill. He didn't travel

    Praise God. Hope he has a nasty cold and needs a few days in bed

    Was hoping that was a cheeky fib because surely the Arsenal-tariff for "He's ill" is the proverbial 2-3 weeks?

    Otherwise we won't see him again before Valentine's Day

    Possibly, it cpuld be rotation but Arteta doesn't want to admit it, in case we lose.

    Either way, I hope he is sat at home with a bowl of crisps or whatever it is people do these days.

    with Brave New World on the stereo. Or a nice show on the telly.

    Don't like the idea of him filling up with crisps though; bit of fruit, some raw vegetables.
