Couple of things from the Munich game......

    1. Did Martinelli mean that touch around Neuer or was it just a little lucky it went round him?
    2. For all the love in for Karl's goal, Madueke's almost identical goal was a much tougher finish.

Cole Palmer fit for Sunday, I suggest an early "accidental" tread on his toe.

Not sure about Martinelli. I think he knew the keeper was there but not sure how precise and deliberate the touch was.

For their goal I think it is more about the long pass (which Kimmich seems to be ok with) and the quality of the touch from Olise. The finish is fairly easy, sits up nicely.

Not scared of Palmer. But if someone fancies treading on his toes it is fine with me

I watched highlights of our 5-0 win over them two seasons ago. It is easy to forget just how good Ben White is. He was sensational in that game.

Why does Arteta keep teasing us that Gyokeres and Havertz have the possibility to play every week? I am sure that Havertz is out until next year now.

Jesus played against United midweek apparently. Wonder if he has an outside chance of making the bench.

I can only assume that they are close and will probably be back next week.

Jesus needs a longer run in having been put for so long with that injury. A couple more weeks at least.

Sounds like Trossard is basically ok and will be back pretty quickly.

It's more that every commentator and journo was fawning over Karl's "stunning finish", I just thought it was essentially a tap in. As you say, the other 2 parts leading up were much harder.

They should have been focusing on his ridiculous moustache.

    Good player.

Did he win 1-nil away with ten men?

Seriously though, I gather he scored one goal and assisted another for Viktor. We're not actually desperate for their return so Mikel can tease us as much as he likes. Also everyone can take their time, no rush.

The boss knows we all need to enjoy all this, savour it
"Plenty of strikers can score goals," he said, gesturing to the famous old stands casting shadows around us.

"But a lot have found it difficult wearing the number 9 shirt for The Arsenal."

If Gyokeres played then he will be available this weekend. Unless he hurt himself again.

Twitter-talk, so who knows. It just said he scored, not that he actually played.
