The back three would really concern me. It is really old fashioned and he doesn't have the players to make it work. And they haven't signed him any. Those three forward signings show a real lack of imagination.

And he's completely inflexible about it too. They knew that when they hired him and now they are demanding it from him as he's always done it and to change now would be seen as intolerably weak.

I got injured in the first season, second season we needed a new manager and they wanted me to do it. I still played most weeks.
