    Well played, Luis.

We now have a scapegoat when the inevitable happens

I am a bit more relaxed, knowing that we ****ed it up in the 1st leg

I was thinking that. I'm far less nervous than I was when went to Madrid with a 3 goal lead.

In addition; we've got to the semis which is no mean feat. If we were to go out now it can't be used as a stick with which to beat the club.

We've got a referee convicted of match-fixing too, which is nice. Not that the Qatar PIF would have any interest in bribing a match official.........

    Then Almunia happened.
That's unfair. I feel like the rest of us about Manuel but the **** up in the 2nd, home, leg was young Kieran Gibbs slipping. In the first leg, though we lost 1-0, MA had his best game for us and pulled off 4 or 5 Spunky at his best saves.

Not sure about that. Jason Burt in The Telegraph has already written it'll be a failure of a season if we go out tonight.....it's sort of hard to argue that. Not a sacking failure (unless we **** up top 5), just we really should have won something failure

Happy to be that, W - I'm right though

Well if a miracle happens and we get to the final I am happier playing Inter than Barca. We melt against teams that can play a high line and quick 1-2 passing as good as Barcelona. I don't want to hear about how we've done against City & Liverpool. This Barca team are different.

It will be a failure. But the failure is in the league, not the champions league. As Rich says, semifinals is pretty good. Our league form has been poor all season and we have hugely under achieved.
