Big Gabby put a corner wide mid-week which was no better than Kai's first attempt and remember Dec's header from that superb inswinging cross from Young Ethan? {That was the sort of pass B plays all the time. Ethan's also got the swivel and pass in the no.8 role. Just wanna see if he can learn to cut inside and bang it into the far corner when playing RW like B does.}

If the 'keeper doesn't get lucky today making that save with his foot, everyone would have said Kai was great.
Agreed. The one he put wide was harder than it looked. He was moving and leaning back, away from the ball and wide of the goal, meaning he needed to get more purchase on the header to send it back. Really difficult. The second was unlucky. Another day it flies in and is termed a 'bullet header'...

Wasn't his best game but the stick he gets is absurd. Like giroud, we seem to constantly focus on what he can't do rather than on the many things he does really well.

14 goals in 31 games, in a side that is misfiring most weeks. Not too shabby.
