We are are going backwards, it seems.

I also make it ?100m plus, wasted on Vieira, Merino and Calafiori at this point. Vieira, not a regular starter at Porto. Merino, still used sparingly and still off the pace. Calafiori, being kept out through constant injury issues and now, by an 18 year old Hale Ender.
That?s poor recent recruitment in my book and people were crying over Edu ?

We have gone backwards. Where we go from here shpuld be a very, very serious discussion within the club. We've moved between poor and average all season and we are getting worse.

I can't think of a genuinely good 90 minute performance this season. Half an hour here, half a game there, always followed by a crappy period of errors or lost control.

A proven finisher, whoever that is, would make all the difference, including providing a huge confidence boost to those treading on glass.
They can?t keep ignoring the obvious shortfall upfront.
