It's certainly PR anyway. And nobody knows what he's doing, not least because he has no previous, no track record by which to judge his methods.

In any case, finishing second in the Premier League last season is nothing to be sniffed at.

They also have smartly got certain online outlets or indviduals on X on their side to push it too. In return they get access to the club press conferences etc.
