I think Spurs are doing well as they've actually not had any major departures in the past few seasons which was a regular to lose their stars. They are having a good period.

They have been fortunate with the rise of Alli and Kane. Unfortunately with Kane they seem to have actually found a player who seems to want to stick around and would probably stick around even if a big team comes looking. alli on the other hand I don't know.

most importantly it seems Spurs have actually given this manager a run at things. as usually they would have sacked him by now.

I am sure a disruption will turn up at some point.
