Big difference with Walcott looking to make runs, allowing space for Podolski and the Ox to move into more central positions. Also was a clear difference that those wide midfield/attackers seemed to consciously try to get into positions in the penalty area.
But the midfield passing (pointless combinations that neither created space or advanced the team) and the defending was pitiful. We played the worst team in the division and won deservedly because of individual skills and a more energetic performance (compared to Bradford)
