Just wanted to get that in early..
Yep, same. I feel there’s a jinx hanging over us in all things Europe. It’s a bonus if we get to the quarters.
I’m far more optimistic about the PL. The team is in the ascendancy with players returning as new ones continue to improve.
City have finally turned that corner of supremacy. Older legs from key players and of course, there’s no possible way they’ll avoid all of the 130 charges.
Liverpool just don’t have the squad depth for a long campaign and have no real back up for the ageing Salah, Van Dyke. Allison’s also looking more vulnerable.
Chelsea look to be on the up but have defensive frailty and Jackson upfront for comedy value.
Spurs will improve under their likeable manager but again, no real squad depth and still a few quality players short.
Newcastle, Villa, United, still slipping on banana skins.
It’s done.
