Article in the paper this weekend claimed that each 30 minute run adds 7 hours to your life.

We need to invent a fitbit type device that counts down your life but shows on the other side life gained by running.

By this logic if you run lets say 2 hours a day you will live forever.

Is it a guaranteed 7 hours too? so by running it means you are immune to say car accidents, allan attack, etc?

Rather wobbly, I'm afraid. We'll be leaving shortly. I ma to be driven to Ripon this afternoon. Being driven feels like having a dental extraction sans anaesthetic to me. It will not go well.

My wife says vertigo is quite common in people over a certain age. Labyrinthitis or something?

No. Apparently it's an acute infection (usually viral) rather than a chronic condition. It's controllable with medication and usually fûcks off after a couple of weeks at most.

Thinking about it though, the time dilation effects of near-light speed travel slows clocks down, so if you ran fast enough everyone else will have aged relative to you, enabling you to live longer. M'lud.
