terrribly...well...funny. Why do comedians insist on doing things that aren't funny?

Lenny Henry's made an entire career out of it.
When I was young and full of rage
I hated Tottenham to the core
But now I've reached a gentler age
I hate the fùckers even more.

Be fair. He was funny when he was that Rasta character with the eye-rolling, the woolly hat, the amusing Jamaican accent and the condensed milk sandwiches on Tiswas.

He doesn't like to talk about that, though.

I wouldn't know. Swapshop was my preferred watch rather than that vulgar rubbish.

Only a wrongun would have chosen Edmonds, Chegwin and Philbin over Tiswas, 71g.

I saw lots of people saying it made them cry, so I'll swerve it.

The new Fleabag's good though. Maybe even better than the first series.

It didn't make me cry since I'm an adult heterosexual male.

Mind you, it didn't even make the wife cry. And she's a confirmed blubber.

I've fought shy of Fleabag. It's woman's comedy, isn't it?

I found it funny, clever and thought-provoking, as an examination of women's psycho- and politico-sexual situation in 21st century Britain.
